Hello, I'm Lynne, founder of Heart & Home Companions.For over 30 years, I have built a career centred around helping people. My background includes customer service, office management, administration, and supporting individuals from all walks of life. In addition to my professional experience, I have spent the last few years caring for my elderly parents. This personal journey has given me a deeper understanding of the challenges many older adults and their families face. At Heart & Home Companions, I believe that sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can make the biggest difference. Whether it's a friendly chat over a coffee, assistance with shopping, support attending appointments, or simply being a reassuring presence, my goal is to help people feel valued, connected, and supported.
